TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Acceptance of Terms By booking any service with South Bay Haul LLC, you agree to these Terms of Service in full. If you do not agree, do not proceed with booking.

2. Services South Bay Haul LLC provides dumpster rental (drop-off) and full-service junk removal in the South Bay area of Los Angeles County, California. All services are subject to availability and must be confirmed in writing or by invoice.

3. Booking & Payment A deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due upon completion of service. We accept major credit cards and ACH bank transfer. Failure to pay the remaining balance may result in additional fees and collection action.

4. Cancellations Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service will forfeit the deposit. If South Bay Haul LLC arrives at the scheduled location and is unable to access the property, the job has been canceled on arrival, or the customer is a no-show, a $75 trip fee will be charged in addition to forfeiture of the deposit.

5. Prohibited Items The following items are not accepted under any circumstances: paint, liquid chemicals, propane tanks, car batteries, asbestos, medical waste, and other hazardous materials. Customer is responsible for ensuring no prohibited items are placed in the dumpster or presented for removal. Any costs incurred by South Bay Haul LLC due to improper disposal of prohibited items will be billed to the customer.

6. Weight Limits & Overages Dumpster rentals include up to 1 ton of debris. Overages are billed at $100/ton, rounded up to the nearest ton, based on the scale ticket from the transfer station. The scale ticket will be provided to the customer upon request.

7. Dumpster Placement Customer is responsible for ensuring the dumpster can be safely and legally placed at the requested location. If street placement is required, customer must obtain all necessary permits before delivery. South Bay Haul LLC is not responsible for any fines, citations, or damages resulting from improper or unpermitted placement.

8. Property Damage South Bay Haul LLC takes reasonable care during all services. However, minor surface wear (scuffs, driveway marks) can occur during delivery and pickup. We are not liable for pre-existing damage or damage resulting from customer-directed placement. Any damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

9. Surcharges Surcharges apply for same-day bookings, overweight loads, special items (mattresses, appliances with freon, e-waste, tires), and heavy materials. All applicable surcharges will be disclosed to the customer before work begins.

10. Refusal of Service South Bay Haul LLC reserves the right to refuse service for any reason including unsafe conditions, prohibited items, inaccessible locations, or items deemed excessively large or hazardous.

11. Limitation of Liability South Bay Haul LLC's liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.

12. Governing Law These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in Los Angeles County, California.

13. Changes to Terms South Bay Haul LLC reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
