How It Works

2. Site visit if needed: for larger jobs, we'll come take a look in person before locking in the number
3. Pick a time: we work around your contractor's start date
4. We take it down: our crew handles the teardown, loading, and disposal
5. Done: yard cleared, lumber gone, scale ticket available on request

Pricing
We keep pricing simple and upfront.
Deck and fence removal starts at $549 per load, which includes a 2-person crew and up to 1 ton of debris. Additional same-day loads are $449 each.
Doing the teardown yourself? Our dump trailer rental starts at $549 for 3 days. Need both? Our combo, a haul plus a 3-day rental, is $899.

Why South Bay Haul
We're a local South Bay crew, not a franchise dispatching from across the county. You get a real quote before we show up, not a number that changes once we're on-site. Licensed, insured, and built around getting your space cleared out fast so your move stays on schedule.
What We Take
Deck boards, joists, railings, stairs, pergolas, wood and vinyl fencing, chain-link, gates, and posts. Concrete footings are haul-only: we take them once they're out of the ground, but we don't dig or break them out.
FAQ
How fast can you come out? Most South Bay deck and fence jobs are scheduled within the same week.
Do you remove the concrete footings? No. Posts set in concrete are cut at ground level. Footings that are already out of the ground can be hauled as a separate heavy load.
Can you take down one panel or a gate? Our minimum is one load at $549, so a single panel usually isn't worth it for you. A full fence line or a deck fills a load easily.
What if it's a shared fence? Confirm with your neighbor before booking. We remove what you tell us to remove.
I'm a contractor. Can you just haul? Yes. Stack it and we'll load and haul, or rent the trailer and load as you go.
Do I need to be present? No. As long as we have clear access and know what's staying vs. going, you can hand off the job remotely.
