Public Street Placement (Permit Required): If your dump trailer needs to sit on a public road, alleyway, or right-of-way, an "A" Permit under LAMC Section 62.105 is required, issued by StreetsLA (Bureau of Street Services) through the EPIC-LA portal. Permit fees typically range from $20–$150 and are valid for up to 7 days. Dump trailers must maintain at least 5 feet of clearance from building openings and must never block fire hydrants, driveways, or emergency access points. Steep hillside streets may require on-driveway placement we assess grade before delivery and can confirm access during booking.
