Private Property (No Permit Needed): If the dumpster fits completely on your private driveway, private parking space, or within a designated commercial loading area, no permit is required.
Public Street Placement (Permit Required): If your dump trailer needs to sit on a public road, alleyway, or public right-of-way, you must obtain a Street Use or Right-of-Way Permit from the City of El Segundo Public Works Department before delivery day.
