If You Can't Be There
A lot of estate work happens from out of state. If you can't be at the property, we can handle the job remotely — photos or a video walkthrough beforehand, a documented walkthrough of anything set aside, and progress photos as we go. Executors, attorneys, and listing agents can coordinate with us directly.

What We Take
Furniture, mattresses, boxes, appliances, electronics, general household items, yard debris, and most anything else left behind during a move. Certain items like refrigerants and tires carry a small handling surcharge, and we can't take hazardous materials.
FAQ
What if we haven't finished sorting yet? That's normal, and it's most of the job for most families. Set aside or tag whatever's staying, or tell us which rooms to skip entirely. Nothing marked gets loaded.
Do you buy the contents or run estate sales? No. We're a hauling company, not an estate buyer or auction house. If there's real value in the contents, sell or consign it first and call us for what's left. We're happy to recommend people who do that side.
What happens to things that are still usable? We route what we can to local donation. Anything you specifically want donated, tell us and we'll handle it that way.
What if you find documents, photos, or valuables? We set anything like that aside and tell you rather than loading it. It happens on almost every estate job.
How long does a full house take? Most South Bay homes are one day. Larger properties or homes with heavy accumulation can run two. We'll tell you which after the site visit.
Can you work with our realtor or attorney? Yes. We regularly coordinate with agents preparing a listing and with executors handling probate.
How soon can you come out? As soon as you're ready. There's no benefit to us in rushing you, and estate work is usually scheduled a week or more out.
